Introduction
CeramicShield CS-400 is a ceramic moisture-proof protective agent that is specifically designed to protect ceramic connectors from moisture. Application of CeramicShield CS-400 reduces the surface tension of the ceramic surface against water vapor, which effectively prevents moisture from entering. CeramicShield CS-400 has high lubricity, a reduced friction coefficient, and no irritation. It also has excellent corrosion resistance to metal components on connectors, including moisture resistance, salt spray resistance, corrosion resistance to marine climates, mold resistance, and pollution resistance to industrial atmospheres. CeramicShield CS-400 has no adverse effects on the conductivity and welding performance of the product. It can be applied by brushing or soaking methods.

Process Flow:
1. Clean the workpiece surfaces thoroughly so that there is no corrosion, oil stains, or moisture
2. Soak the workpieces in CeramicShield CS-400 at 45 to 50℃ for half a minute; if there are many or large workpieces, preheat them to 45 to 50℃ before immersion protection
3. Place the workpieces in an oven for drying at 90ºC
4. For workpieces that cannot easily be immersed, use a clean brush to apply CeramicShield CS-400, and dry them with hot air from a hair dryer for 3 to 5 minutes

Precautions
● Heating of the solution must be done in a water bath. An open flame cannot be used due to fire risk.
● After using the solution, it should be promptly sealed and placed in a cool place to prevent solvent evaporation. During operation, do not mix water with the protective agent solution.
